Actor, activist, and educator Irene Bedard, known for her great performances in such classic films and television series as “Smoke Signals”, “Longmire”, and most notably, as the voice of “Disney’s Pocahontas”, brings to The Ramona Bowl Advisory Board a true sense of awareness of the historic importance of the play “Ramona”, its long commitment and dedication to portraying Southern California’s native cultures in a realistic light, and a strong desire to help further the amphitheatre’s overall significance as a California landmark. Ms. Bedard, who has in recent months been very active in her role as an official observer at the United Nations, making great strides in the quest to bring a further awareness of indigenous peoples world wide, has been especially focused on developing the “Fresco Project” for the Ramona Bowl. This project, with the anticipated help of arts and cultural entities such as the Getty Foundation, The Autry Museum, The National Museum Of The American Indian, and The Smithsonian Institute, will be putting forth an effort to restore one of the Ramona Bowl’s most treasured artifacts, the Milford Zornes Fresco, a WPA Program art piece produced at the Bowl in 1942. The Fresco Project’s goal would be to restore, preserve, and protect this amazing piece of art history for generations to come. We are proud to have Ms. Bedard’s insight and knowledge as a part of the Ramona Bowl family, as well as bringing her recorded voice to the play “Ramona” as the narrator of our newly revised production.

His list of Blockbuster Hollywood films includes “Glengarry, Glen Ross” with Al Pacino and Kevin Spacey, “At Close Range” with Christopher Walken and Sean Peen, and “Disclosure”, starring Michael Douglas and Demi Moore. Mr. Anchia, who hails from Balbao, Spain, is a member of the International Cinematographers Guild, the Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences, and the Directors Guild of America. He brings to the advisory board a unique cinematic eye, and a flair for the style that is so much a part of Helen Hunt Jackson’s original vision of Ramona’s world.
Mr. O’Farrell is a well known and well respected television, film, and stage actor and teacher, with starring roles in series such as “Justified”, “True Blood”, “CSI”, and two of HBO’s greatest mini series, “From The Earth To The Moon” and “The Pacific”, and in film roles that include “The Lincoln Lawyer” with Matthew McConaughey, “Flash Of Genius” with Greg Kinnear, and “Stir Of Echoes”, where he starred alongside Kevin Bacon. Residing mostly in Idyllwild, California, Conor is familiar with the history of Ramona’s world, and the play itself, and brings a true love and a working knowledge of theater to The Bowl.
Trinity Houston’s life has (from a very early age) been driven by a single, undeniable force: Creativity. After exploring an interest in health and wellness as a pre-med student in college, Ms. Houston’s artistic desires began to pull her in a different direction, and she embarked on a career in entrepreneurship; with business dealings throughout the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean Islands. Her strong background in Entertainment Publishing, Event Planning, Trade Show Management and Public Relations, has contributed in significant ways to her success as the current co-owner of 8 Days a Week, an international entertainment and marketing firm based in beautiful Cancun, Mexico. As Video Marketing Director for a number of renowned Caribbean resorts, one of Trinity’s creations has been Vacation Entertainment Television, broadcasting daily on travel and leisure channels in numerous languages globally, and she made quite a splash as the creator and producer of INdTelevision for Time Warner Cable, an arts and entertainment programming entity spotlighting talent in Independent Film, Music and Culture. Trinity’s creative drive has now led her into film production (she has produced two feature films, with more in the works,) and ironically enough, recently placed her in front of the camera, anchoring a daily vacation news show. As if her life schedule is not hectic enough, Trinity has also taken on the task of executive producing the world renowned Idyllwild International Festival Of Cinema, with the same visionary idealism that first launcher her career into the world of international entertainment.
